"unknown to us the house we were selling had been used to either make or use Meth. we had no idea how big of an issue Meth use in a house is. He helped greatly get it taken care of and worked through to get the buyer on board after the Meth issue was resolved."

"Alex is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to which is very nice since more than likely you’ll have questions about something. He was very thorough with the whole process from understanding realtor terms, going through contracts and paper work with you and making sure that you understand everything and if you don’t his phone was always on to answer any and all my question either when I called or very shortly after. He was very good at negotiating prices with the seller and I always knew he would get the numbers to either where I wanted them or better. Alex is a great Realter that will always be in your corner to make sure that everything from viewing listings to closing goes smoothly."

"Alex made the entire home buying process easy and fun. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and provided great recommendations and advice. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and were unsure of what we should do many times throughout the process, but Alex was always available for a text or phone call day or night. He consistently made what seemed complicated and confusing simple and easy to understand. At no point did we feel like we were a bother with our endless number of questions, Alex was always willing and even excited to help. The market was incredibly competitive but he always did everything in his power to get us to the top spot for offers.
